Our theatre can comfortably accommodate 90-120 guests and is a modern and stylish venue for performances and ceremonies. With lighting, sound and technical support this newly refurbished venue is the ideal choice for larger events.
We have a wide range of catering options available to suit your needs. From our silver service restaurant, Avenue 141, to coffee and cake from Café 141 we can provide a range of options to suit your event.
We have several dynamic exhibition spaces across both our Bishopsfield Road and CEMAST campuses. From our bright and modern concourse at CEMAST to our spacious sports hall we have experience hosting exhibitions and events of various sizes.
Our sports team can put together fun and dynamic team building days to bring your organisation together. You can even finish the day in our silver service restaurant!
The Solent Business Breakfast
Avenue 141 at Fareham College are excited to host monthly breakfast networking events for Vision Business Consulting.

The Titchfield Room is a spacious and adaptable room which is suited to larger conferences and meetings.
With a range of layout options available, this space is adaptable and has the equipment needed to host a range of meetings. A light and airy room, this space is an ideal choice to accommodate a wide range of events.
Our Porchester room is a bright and dynamic meeting room which can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people.
With built in projector and computer, this room has the equipment needed for any meeting in a well-lit and comfortable environment. Delegates will be provided with free internet access and corporate catering is also available on site.
The Treehouse Theatre: Modern & fully equipped venue
A brand new performing arts facility, perfectly positioned to host to a wide range of showcases and events.
From conferences to award ceremonies to theatre productions, our theatre can accommodate a wide range of events with ease. Modern and fully equipped, our theatre has all the facilities needed for theatrical performances and conference events. Lighting, sound and projection equipment is available to help make your event one of a kind and our events staff are on hand to make sure your event runs smoothly.
A large indoor sports hall, a spacious and bright location.
Our large indoor sports hall is ideal for sports team training and can be rented for a range of sports including basketball, netball and cricket. It is also a great space for exercise classes, clubs, exhibitions and fairs.
Available for hire to clubs and teams looking to practice a range of sports including tennis, football, basketball and netball as well as outdoor boot-camp/fitness sessions. This artificially surfaced pitch is suitable for all weathers and is a great space for using throughout spring and summer.

Avenue 141 is run by our professional Hospitality and Catering students who are committed to providing every customer with a unique dining experience. As an AA College Rosette holder, our ethos is to ensure our customers receive the highest level of service whilst enjoying the quality of our food that has been prepared using locally sourced ingredients. We offer a range of menus that include lunch and dinner, together with seasonal menus and theme evenings throughout the year.

Café 141 provides a bright, spacious area for audience members to relax and have a drink before watching performances in the theatre, or a contemporary break-out space in which delegates can network during meetings.
We offer barista coffee and a standard selection of refreshments or we can adapt the space to create a fully licensed bar area for the sale of alcoholic drinks as well as accommodating any specific items you wish to have available.
CEMAST: A unique and modern venue
Our centre of excellence for Engineering Manufacturing and Advanced Skills training offers a truly contemporary space for a variety of events.
We are delighted to offer for hire a range of meeting rooms of varying sizes to accommodate between 12 and 80 delegates. CEMAST’s spacious and naturally-lit concourse also provides the perfect location for exhibitions and other similar events, with a range of hot snacks and barista coffee available at our onsite café.
We pride ourselves on our customer service and will be on hand throughout the booking process to ensure your event runs smoothly.
Our venues have free parking available on a first come first serve basis and free parking is also available in the streets surrounding the college.

We offer good value for money with discounts available for those making a first time booking and we reward our regular customers with discounts for block bookings.

All our spaces are wheelchair accessible and we have disabled parking spaces at both of our venues.
